l was injured at work. A spinal injury that still affects my limbs and below my waist. l have been AMA rated with a 25% impairment. How is a settlement computed? l still work, but frequently have to move about. Is this also a one time settlement or is it paid for each additional period l work?

It is based on your state law, how old you are, and how much the impairment affects your ability to work.

You do NOT get pain and suffering.

Any ''settlement'' is going to be a one time deal.

Depends entirely on the state you live in, it could be a lump sum payment or a monthly payment. You need to call your adjuster who can give you better information

If u got 25% it depends on the body part, in this case since it appears to be a back than ur being rated as a whole person. The rates very & it also depends when u got injured. Some states use a formula that the stat provides while others is simple math.

You rate could be $25,000-$60,000, again, depending on where u live at. Some states will give u the whole money at one time, while other states require payments over a certain amount of time, unless u sign a release.
