Since you are unable to call the insurance company, try calling a health clinic or doctor is office that you may choose to go with. Their office staff should be able to help you with your answer. l would not tell them l did not call yet. I'd just tell them that every avenue you went down has not given you the impression its NOT covered, but you are hoping they can give you a more definite answer. Hope this helps.
