My church has a session once a month for seniors. (They do not have to be members of our parish.) All of the volunteers who assist are church members who have worked in medical billing or insurance related jobs.
Another place to check would be your local Senior Citizens Center or the Area Office on Aging. Even if they do not have programs themselves, they might be able to refer you to other organizations in your area.
