No, your birth certificate is a record of your birth, usually issued by the hospital where you were born and recorded in the city or county for a permanent record.
An insurance policy is issued by an insurance company. If you have life insurance, you should have a policy and pay a premium, and receive invoices on a regular basis ( either yearly, quarterly or monthly). Call an insurance agent if you have questions about purchasing life insurance.

No. Your birth certificate is official evidence that u were born. Life insurance is something u purchase in order to leave some money behind when u die. The money would be used to pay ur final debts & funeral expenses, plus, if u have enough insurance, could be used to replace the income u would have produced if u hd lived. Life insurance proceeds can be used for many other things, but life insurance & ur birth certificate have no bearing on each other, & they definitely r not the same thing.

No. You have no life insurance, unless you apply for it, and pay for it either every month, or every year.
There is no automatic life insurance.
