Term life insurance - decreasing or level - or a permanent life policy - or a combination of the two - with a disability income rider, or a seperate disability income policy.

l suggest that u make an appointment with a LOCAL professional agent, & ask him/her to do a Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for u to help u determine ur total life & disability income insurance need. The FNA can also help u determine ur retirement needs, & the amount of money u should set aside to accomplish ur goals.

There is no charge for the service, & if ur auto agent is a LOCAL agent, he/she could do the FNA for you.

The best coverage for death and disability will be two separate policies. There are life insurance policies with generous disability riders (compared to the days of yore), but they usually have limited amounts, and tend to only pay if you are ''totally disabled'' not just ''partially disabled''.

l would suggest searching for these two separately.
