If her employer offers family insurance coverage and you are her dependent and she opts in to the coverage, then yes.

Most insurance policies would allow a dependent to be covered if you are no older than 18 or are a full-time student.

It depends on ur age. Most companies allow for coverage of dependents up to a certain age, typically age 18 or 19 years of age. After that, some plans cover what r called ''overage dependents''. The r qualification requirements for being an overage dependent that range from being a full time student (typically 9 to 12 units from an accredited college institution), to being an IRS dependent (meaning ur mom can claim u on her tax returns as a dependent). Some plans require a combination of both of those things.

If u mom does get the job, she will certainly meet with people to sign up for benefits, & she will want to ask about what coverage is available on her plan for dependents. Generally the maximum age for ANY & ALL dependent coverage ends at age 23 or 24, but will vary based upon the plan the employer offers to ur mom.
